Information we process

• Email address and secure authentication data.
• Active account sessions.
• Drafts and uploaded files, including product photos, logos and generation instructions.
• Generated images and videos.
• Generation tasks and their status.
• Credit balance and transaction history.
• Support requests and correspondence.
• Transaction data and payment records.
• Technical and security logs.

How we use information

Information is used to receive your input, create your requested video, display the result, troubleshoot issues, secure the service and improve reliability. Don't use the service as a file archive or upload sensitive personal information.

Fraud prevention and free-trial limits

To prevent fraud and enforce the free-trial limit, one-way hashed identifiers derived from a normalized email address, browser identifier, basic device characteristics and network prefix are stored for up to 180 days. Raw IP addresses and raw device data aren't stored. This information is used only for security, fraud prevention and enforcement of the free-trial limit.

AI processing and providers

To generate your result, files and instructions you submit may be shared with external AI processing and model providers acting on our behalf. Data is transferred to fulfill your request and to secure and operate the service. Processing or technical storage may take place outside Israel.

Retention and deletion

Account data, content, support requests and billing data are retained while the account is active or as needed to operate the service, handle transactions, maintain security and meet legal requirements. The following retention periods also apply:

• Results and media not deleted by the user are retained for up to 18 months (548 days) from creation.
• Drafts and draft files are retained for up to 30 days after their last update.
• History of completed, failed or canceled tasks is retained for up to 180 days.
• Completed or rejected account deletion requests are retained for up to 180 days.

User-initiated result or account deletion takes effect immediately in the local system. A shared file isn't physically deleted while it remains legitimately associated with another account; it is deleted after the last association is removed.

Copies held by external AI, infrastructure and storage providers are subject to each provider's deletion capabilities and contractual retention period. This doesn't guarantee immediate deletion by an external provider where no verified deletion interface is available. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until the regular backup cycle.
